Can't you find vet students to help you with animals? Give 2/3 people free accomodation in your cat house, so they can help you with the strays. Aren't there students from other towns/villages who want to work/study in Estambul and don't have money for a flat?
Why should we make any negative comments about anyone? It's your private solution. We don't know about any background and have to be neutral in that case. Donation for the blind kitty, who has a hard life because of his/her handicap. Thank you for giving him/her ❤ a home. It sure isn't easy at all for you having so much work with all your rescue cats!
