Nana Caimi, Ivan Lins のTensが原曲なんですね。目を瞑ると懐かしい風景とか思い出の人との時間をふと思い出しだしたまらなくなるメロディです。

lovely cover man, also how did you tune your piano to 432? is the audio just pitched down not the piano?

In Ivan Lins songbook, these opening four chords are notated as: C#m7 / F#m7 / B7sus4 B7 / Em7sus4 Em7, but I would recommend playing it as mentioned below Esus4 E/D#.
