I’m new to the gpz after years using a 45 and 5 and find normal with the Z to be too noisy, Also do you use audio smoothing ? Do you find you can always run in normal? Here in the NT i get false signals nearly every swing in normal, even very low sensitivity

I “am” totally shocked at the difference between the very clear signal in Normal and almost no signal in Difficult.! Also I wonder if the ML GPX 17x13 coil on my GPX 6000 “will perform as good as” your GPZ 7000 with the NF 17x13 coil.?

6:00....everytime you change any settings.....you have to ground balance the detector....see how you detector is noisy....
