Cool tool roll ! Love the Gerber multi tool, I carried one similar to it for years before I got my leatherman Wave.

Good idea on modifying the roll. I agree most tools rolls don’t cut it.

Nice kit....but you should include a simple pink pencil eraser to clean the ceramic and diamond sharpeners instantly !!!

Chapstick is good to lube your pivots because it is food grade and you might want to use your knife to eat something.
