Pause buffering is an exploit in which you pause and unpause quickly in order to make extremely rapid inputs without actually needing to do them at normal speed, effectively being speed hack. What paqoe did was just pausing. She paused first to take a break midway through the level, and secondly in order to help count on the memory part. Neither of those things are considered "pause buffering"

if all click sounds are delayed by less than 3 frames, you really can't say it was botted, it might just as well be the matter of sound travelling from the button to the microphone which can take like 2ms, or recording de-sync which is usually very tiny
