Boy was I spoiled with a good introduction to the battle network series. I still remember Playing this whole curled up on long car rides and during the night while I was supposed to be asleep. I’ll always have fond memories of this game and finally 99% completing it. Still pissed I can’t get Forte Soul on the 3ds...

@@DarknessXX77 Basically need the gameboy version of BN5 beaten with the Bass Symbol then on a DS insert both DS and Gameboy versions in order to get Bass Cross unlock Sol Cross required Boktai 2 Obviously 3DS doesn't have a GBA slot so getting Cross Forms and additionals stuff is impossible without owning a regular DS

Soma Schicksal Plus finding a working regular DS is harder than it seems. The ones I bought from Gamestop were sunburnt or someone broke the top screen and I kept having to return them Still have yet to find one. :/

Saaame, I really wish the 3DS had GBA port. I still have my double team DS cartridge and Boktai 2 cartridge, just no normal DS anymore as I lent it to a friend with Mario 64DS in it an never saw it again lol. Never did get that Bass/Forte Soul.. :(

Video game music is such a magical thing, right now this taking me back to my childhood, I played the Battle Network series from 1 to 6 every year when they came out, I couldn't wait for summer vacation every year so I could pick up the new Battle Network and play through it...GOD I hate being an adult :'[

Honestly, I like the original better. The main guitars (like the ones at 0:26) are better than the ones in the original, but the bass guitars in the chorus drown out the primary melody provided by the synthesizers.

I'm sorry. I try to make my music sounds professional, and give space in the song to all the instruments. I hope you understand that, and I hope that you like at least one of the rest of the reissued songs.

You mean compared to the first remix made by me? In that case, you are correct, I normalized the volume in some instruments, because some were really loud, and now I give space to all instruments to sound good and be more enjoyable :)

although after listening to the first remix again, I agree with the other guy that the instruments may have been toned down too much. The guitar really is much better now, though.
