A Tough Round 

Welcome back
Another sparring video, this time just standard sparring with Sean who has featured on the channel previously. As I mention in my video, this was close to be a good round for me. I almost rolled Sean, I learnt alot about the high mount and all Sean really stuck the ezekiel choke on me which taught be so much. I certainly won't forget to defend that choke again! As ever thanks to my team mates for helping me on my journey.
