Come with us for a 30 minute tour around the grounds of Longwood Gardens in February 2021! Some highlights are the snow covered grounds, the West Conservatory (which will soon be demolished), and incredible view of the meadows, and much more!
Please subscribe to our channel and visit nightwaterproject.com for unique cover songs and original music. It's mainstream music but better.
The West Conservatory will be demolished for the upcoming Longwood Reimagined construction. Demolition of the current structure begins spring 2021 and construction on the new facility will be completed by fall 2024.
From Longwood Gardens website:
"Built on the great 19th century tradition of glasshouses and enhanced with new, sustainable technologies, our new 32,000-square-foot West Conservatory is the centerpiece and largest component of the project. Like many of Longwood’s renowned features, it has a close relationship with water and seamlessly integrates the old with the new. Its asymmetrical peaks will rise from a pool on which the entire building will seemingly float, while its islands of interior Mediterranean-inspired gardens will be set amid pools, canals, and fountains in an exquisite tapestry-like design."

Derek thank you so much for the spectacular tour of one of my favorite places to visit. Since Covid hit I have not been able to visit but your video stirred up many fond memories. I hope you have videos of all the seasons at Longwood. I’m going to check out your site. Love the scenery and music. Thanks again. Great way to start my day today.

Hi Dave. Thank you for checking out my videos. I do have some videos of the other seasons on here; however they aren't thorough walkthroughs. if you go to my Playlists I have a couple that are from Longwood Gardens.
