Looks awesome! Seems like we've put Emerald Port in roughly the same place, so its only really the topology that's different. My map is honestly closer to the sort of thing you'd see from a modern ordinance survey, rather than a hand-drawn map that you might see in the world of Creation itself. So if your doing this for a game you're GMing, then maybe use your map as the one you show the players, with blanks spots and other missing bits. Then use mine as the 'real' map. So you can surprise them when they find a mountain range or a coastal peninsula or forest or something that wasn't on their map? (Depends on the style of game you're running too of course)

Thanks and I really appreciate you sharing your map as well, my frustration was entirely for comedic effect. Honestly though I like the specific details of your map a little better in how you handle Daoshin and in particular the Isle of Eternal Leaves. The 3rd Edition map looks better, but didn't match 2e lore enough to use. I like the way you've reconciled the two in your version, whereas I went with a more 2nd edition canon version that I don't think works quite as well. I'm thinking I'll switch to using your map as the base "official" map and redraw my local regional ones a bit. It's not like the time was wasted anyway, while I'm drawing the maps I'm also exploring the area in my mind and coming up with a feel for the location and ideas for stories. I can still re-use all those ideas even if I change the specifics a little. Plus map-making is a lot of fun. One of my player characters is a former minister from the department of weather control turned magistrate, so I think they'll probably have a map that's much more of an ordnance survey and quite accurate, at least for the blessed isle.
