The feeling of just being able to trick every feature has to be incredible. I've always been in awe of people who can ski the park like they are just walking down thr street.
I was waiting the whole video for you to turn in the other direction. You 're always doing the first rotationcounterclockwise. Impressive nonetheless but it lacks that little bit of diversity ^^^ Maybe it was due to the position of the cameraman, who was always on the left side...
This is probably just Mark's comfortable way of spinning. He can spin both ways however when you're filming a park checkout you just tend to do tricks that are comfy for you
Very glad to see vail hasn't ruined this park like they have to so many of their other resorts. Mount snow (carinthia) , keystone (A-51) and Breckenridge (freeway) have all lost their Large and XL features 😭
I love park skiing but I *never* watch them. This was one of those few that I actually clicked on *and* made it to the end. Fabulous skiing and terminology. I had to give up freestyle at 18 (21 now) because I tore my ACL, but it couldn't be reattached 😕 Our resort is in a small canyon instead of a mountain and they only have mini jumps lol but it's still fun to have something to jib. I have to ski like an old man but it's still fun 👍👍
Everyone thinks that Whistler is the place to be for snow but from what I am seeing and looking at the reports, there are much smaller resorts, just as high quality but they got more and better snow this year that have great terrain parks. That is just the consensus I have reached looking at everything. Weigh your options when you go to Whistler follow the snow not the people.
But you are the luckiest person alive if Whistler is your home mountain, I would be in heaven there and most years they get pretty good snow fall, just weigh your options.
cameraman should focus on the features ahead... dude is talking about the rail options and rather than showing the park, cameraman is showing mans talk sick skiing tho!
@@SkiAddiction The vibe like a little closer to that of practice runs. I know everyone can't super emotive even when they're having fun, but the enthusiasm wasn't really there as much as the whistler one. Less cuts may help with that even if there is traffic, replacing them with keeping the flow going by ending/starting shots with motion. Maybe even just straight up speed and less interruption between features. It felt like one of those days were you're thinking too much instead of just getting into the flow. Honestly I think subtle music like the first would really help patch up a lot of this. Still a dope video and fun to watch though
