How can a person come to the conclusion that a hunter taking advantage of a synergy between their traits and abilities is toxic?

Going against a patroller naiad is stressing but going against 4 survivors + 4 different skills for each of them + tide turner + cipher rush is even more difficult and stressful

Patroller + naiad doesn't always mean a guarantee win tho. you could get a hit + down super quick as hunter early game, but still somehow either lose or get a tie. Plus it's not toxic since patroller is a trait in the game XD (this is coming from a survivor main, i don't play hunter anymore bc i suck)

Reminds me of a match where I won with Violinist + Peeper and their Andrew threw a MASSIVE fit about it, how Violinist was a broken trash hunter and Peeper was cheating, etc. He still kited well and pulled off both of the rescues he attempted, so I'm really not sure what he was personally so mad about. That same match, their Mechanic accused me of hacking because "there was no way I could've seen her" (tinnitus proc'd by the gate and I correctly guessed which wall she was hiding behind, but I guess hunter instinct and practice is hacks). That was three years ago. War never changes.

Bleber pls ingnore this . . . . Heres a few tips to counter bleber's patroller naiad 1. If you got patrollerd then just drop the pallet or vaulting at 15, 10, 5 sec 2. If in that situation that you really cannot find pallet or vaulting anything then jus be sticking to wall to make him cant circling you ( i almost watch every bleber's naiad vid and when surv in vid doing 2. Trick they always survive) 3. Beware or his harpoon 4. Subscribe to bleber so you guys wont meet him in rank (lower chance to meet bleber)

as a surv main, I would say that's not toxic, it's really hard to go against (at least solo on rank) but not toxic. Toxic is when the other faction humiliates or makes fun, not using the provided abilities. But let's remember, they didn't intend to be mean. Nice match, Bleber!

Idk it's hard to chipper rush after the first person getting chaired and two survivors who try to rescue are downed as well because of her pee. As a decoder you need to go too to rescue and if you can get one you will sure get hit at least during the other two's rescue. 😂 Whenever I get a Naiad it's always like this (I am the decoder). it's very stressful to play hunter, no matter how good you are, you struggle to get a draw, because the game is very survivor sided at the moment, the biggest problem being the cipher rush, an old problem that hasn't been solved, the survivors are more and more op, the players themselves know what they have to do, it's not like in 2018/2019 anymore, you have to rely on a mistake made by them to hope to win the match, try to win more now a match with Jospeh or Ripper, you simply can't touch the survivors, not to mention the maps, 90% are in favor of the survivors and it's normal to try to take advantage of the match by any means possible, because you end up getting very angry at some point because often the survivors are also very toxic and the worst part is that if you play as a solo survivor, you will get the most noob players who can't kite even for 30 seconds

Borrowed time and tide are toxic. More than one harasser in the team comp is toxic. Of course they're not actually toxic, but saying that a hunter's strategy with certain traits is toxic is like saying that most of the survivors abilities are toxic.
