I know I’ve said this before but if you were to attempt to use your energy in a productive way instead of just trying to tear others down maybe you would have been blackballed. Actually that paper was already featured in TTV 6 tape (issued not earlier than 1998) , the one where Qbert and Yogafrog flew to Italy to judge the 1997 DMC World Championship. OK i had no idea about any of this beef and have only been scratching a few years but I'm 17 mins in and I'm going to start making some notes about how this comes across to (essentially) the layman. -"a few years ago" could easily mean 6/7 seven years ago, I do that all the time -playing with your hands on stage doesn't necessarily mean you're lying -OK well you wrote the first two books on scratch notation before Atrak did his lecture, thats pretty conclusive. He must've copied. -And again, he did his lecture after yours and looks like he copied -just bc he says he has seen other scratch notation systems does not mean he is snitching on his self. He did not say he saw the exact same system like you claim 26:55 -a good point about the lines. This says you have thought about it more than him. Doesn't prove anything though 30:16 -also a really good point about the curve 32:40 never thought about that.. -Well if Atrak says he saw your notation, then is he claiming he also came up with it? I'm confused. When did he say that anyway? 33:45 -Vogue magazine is clearly lying if at the very event Atrak showcased his notation he referenced other notation. Am i getting this right? 34:56 -it wouldn't make sense to perform with notation in front of you. It WOULD make sense to have a list of scratches written down. What? 36:33 OK I'm gonna bow out here. seems to me like Atrak probably did copy you but switched it up and called it his own. The thing I'd like more clarity on is exactly what Atrak claims. Is it def that he is the originator (or is he offering his own version like DJ Chile or the Periodic Matrix of Scratches on my wall). He is openly saying there are other notations so it would appear he is claiming to have made a version. 35:00 Vogue Italy isn't exactly a reliable source. Anyway, couldn't this be a 5 minute video? You wrote the book, then later he did his talk first showcasing his notation. That means you're first. Whats this bit of paper got to do with anything. I must be missing something. ANYWAY. Like I say I'm a layman here so what do I know. I have no beef with anyone. If Atrak is claiming to be the originator and isn't then thats obviously shady behaviour.
