Boy, do I miss this show! The amazing cast, writers, crew, and everyone else where so talented and creative! The sets and costumes perfect! The unexpected twists in the skits! The slips out of character and bloopers! Ad lib moments and seeing them laughing at themselves always had us in stitches too! Legendary to say the least. The many evenings of watching it with my grandparents and parents also bring such great memories of the hilarious outbursts. Thank you, Carol et all, for being sooo awesome! God bless you all.

The entire cast were superb actors and actresses. The show was always very funny and clean. Everyone regardless of age could watch it. Even skits pertaining to racism couldn’t be viewed as offensive. Too bad today’s television doesn’t have anything as wholesome!

@@LKhan99 They did "Rebeccy" and it falls close to the original. I was curious since there were no servants and Charles tried to make her look crazy. But this may be another version?

The show was only on for 11 YEARS and CBS (the network) begged her to do a 12th, but yeah - it was SUCH a weak and poorly written show 🙄

If only Carol could have been more like Lucille Ball and TAKEN CHARGE, not giving a damn if they thought she was a bitch and do ANYTHING to make a better show. Too many weak scripts, peter-out endings and Harvey Korman in particular acting the prima donna and Carol giving in. If she could only have come out each week knowing THIS SHOW HAS MY NAME ON IT. But she caved and caved and caved... especially to the large staff of all male writers.the show was a solid success but never top tier where it could have been.

What drivel are you spewing? This was one of the best shows ever because Carol was NOT the raving egomaniac you seem to think she "should have" been. Like Jack Benny, she reveled in letting other people be funny, and was always a scream herself anyway. And by the way, she loved and adored Harvey Korman, so your absurd tirade would not score you any points with her.
