In major #politicalnews today, President Biden Announced that he was dropping out of the race for the '24 Presidential Election. Biden also announced that he was endorsing his VP, VP Harris as the Democratic Nominee for President.
Much is unknown in terms of what happens next, so I wanted to do something different. This is a Tribute to President Biden- thank you for your nearly 5 decades of Public Service.

I definitely disagree with your political views. I don't think having a record number of DEI hires is inherently a good thing, as qualifications should always be put foremost. (Look at the DEI hires put on Trump's secret service as an example) Also Trump's economy pre 2020 is the standard that Biden's should be held to and it is not fair to credit Biden for having a better economy than Trump did during the height of the pandemic nor is it fair to credit him for improving the economy since the pandemic as that was a given. Excluding the gdp plunge and rebound years of 2020 and 2021, Trump's gdp growth rate was much higher than Biden's. Lastly of course, there is a lot that Biden did wrong during his presidency that I guess I don't blame you for not including since this was a tribute. Nonetheless I wish you good luck on your channel.

@@NotGord Thanks for watching. . I disagree with your assessment here. Trump inherited an economy that was already on the upswing and turbo charged it by cutting taxes. In 4 years, he along with Congress spent $7 Trillion (partly due to pandemic spending & the massive tax cut that benefited wealthy Americans & corporations the most)- but nearly every Republican since Reagan actually grew the size of the government and the deficit. I also believe that recruiting from a broad & deep talent pool is good for business and America. When Biden took over the economy was in a tailspin. Biden took a bad situation and made it better- there will always be room for improvement including inflation. But Trump took an assist from Obama, shot an air ball and made it demonstrably worse. Had Trump not bungled the COVID response, he likely would have won in ‘20. And yes, this was a tribute to Biden for his many years of service. Tune into our next episode!

@@michael.waddell an argument can be made that they did and are delivering results. Look at Biden’s legislative wins. He’s accomplished more in 1 term, than most Presidents do in 2. Regardless of your political affiliation, you can look at the bills he’s signed and the consequence of such.
