Wow, i have explained this pop sensation to so many specialists and no one feels what i mean. Thanks for explaining what it is. Super helpful now i k ow how to prevent

I actually try to pop this section... And sometimes I can.. and sometimes I can't.. and I don't know why I feel the need to' do it.. but I thought it was a good thing when I did it.. not a bad thing . What does this mean exactly anyway n. This area of back popping?.. Anyone know?

Today is day 1 of CBT for me. I've been in pain for 2 years from autoimmune arthritis attacking my SI joint and even when my autoantibodies are low I have constant pain. I think it's because of SI instability caused by all the stretching I did before we discovered the autoimmune disorder and I thought I had piriformis syndrome. Your program has given me hope after PT failed me 3 times already. My goals are to be able to have another child and to run again.

Don't have a child. That helps the environment more than buying an EV. 😅

@@scully4life it's true. Fewer ppl is way better for the planet than having children and then trying to do feel-good green choices all your life. Google it and see. We do need taxpayers tho.

@@peace8096 It's going very well! I have a lot of muscle weakness so I'm taking it slow, but after 2 weeks I started noticing some significant improvement.

Um.... Usually my right side pops in certain positions now & again.. I just tried this in my right leg.. nothing happened. Then i tried it on my left leg and doing the left leg (with resistance) like this caused my right side back to pop there... What does that mean? Why would doing that with my left leg cause right side to pop on the lower back part?

When my SI joint flares up, my body won't let me lift my leg up! I know the muscles are still there and are not damaged, but that is one of the movements I'm not able to do. Going up and down stairs, I need to hold on. I've never understood what is happening?? Is it my nervous system protecting me??

I suffered an injury over 4 decades ago and my leg always popped when lifting. My chiropractor didn't do anything. My question: this is the best I've seen but suggestions for someone who routinely wants to do leg lifts? TY

This is what I have--how do you do that when you are doing a dead bug? How do you support leg to force trhe glute to lift instead?

That's a great question! Try focusing on pressing your lower back gently against the floor for stability and keeping your core engaged throughout the movement. To activate your glute, imagine pushing your heel away from your body. This should help lift your leg slightly without putting excessive strain on your SI joint. The key is to prioritize stability and controlled movements while activating the glute muscles, which can contribute to a more comfortable and effective Dead Bug exercise, even with SI joint pain. What do you do if the sacrum exercises don't relieve the sacrum pain even when I got a small pop? I see a chiropractor Monday, am 23 with an athletic background, but got lazy for 3 months (pc gaming) and have had a road to recovery with my SI join, I notice tension in the left joint.

Hey Ryan! I feel a pop in my torso somewhere when I lower my left leg after just doing a standing knee raise. Like a muscle or something is hung up somewhere. No pain associated with it, but all my issues are related to the left side when there is pain. (hip/leg/back) No PT or doc has been able to tell me. Any idea what that could be?

The second i put my leg up on a chair, the joint will pop right away instead of when i bring it down

I get that SI “pop” when walking as I lift that foot and move it forward to take a step. Any ideas?
