Jim, appreciated the walk around the Con. A good part of the joy of con gs is the gathering of the tribes aspect as the Woodstock historians posited. Some people go ALL YEARS not talking comics... most of may have at least one comics-buddy, you guys in NYC? LI area are blessed11

I thought it was a great show. I went both days.The turnout was incredible , I hope they bring it back next year. Amongst a few slabs , I picked up was a AMS 300 CGC 8.5

Phantom Stranger 14: July- Aug. 1971; House of Secrets 92: June-July 1971. So the HOS issue was not released later than the PS issue.

There is actually a Wizard preview comic that predates X #12 that talks about and has a drawing of Shalla Bal. I scored a low grade copy of it, at one of my comic hook ups. I can’t call it an LCS.

I never saw the animated series, but I think DC offered a reprint of #1 of the comic for a Free Comic Book Day back then.

I use to go to sport card shows there. Do you have any long boxes of 80s and 90s comics for sale? Looking for main titles but no big books, plus no valiant books unless they were early issues
