I love to listen to the waves crashing onto the rocks. I find it so soothing. My favorite place is along Maine’s coast in the USA.

Jo 😘. You should buy a blood pressure monitor...Only cost £20 or so.. Your blood pressure is raised..Thats why you have a headache and your cheeks are flushed 😘 . Probably nothing serious,,, but need to check it out .😘😘..
