💟In this video I collected some bamboo shoots from our village bamboo garden to cook Tripura Traditional Dish with bamboo shoots and snails, this recipe is called Muiya Sikamuk Awandru in tripuri cuisine. Muiya is bamboo shoots and shikamuk is snails in our Tripura kokborok language. Muiya Awandru is a bamboo shoot boiled, rice flour based gravy, cooked with fermented fish, green chilli, garlic of basil herb leaves, I used here garlic for the flavor, It is one of the authentic dish of Tripura, leaving aside the rice spicy food items, this is a dish where no oil is required. We also can add snails, but this is totally optional. Awandru is often eaten by tripuri community people and also eaten by non-tribe people in Tripura. This is really delicious and easy to cook recipe with the ingredients we have in our house.
💟 So after completing cooking I eat my lunch with our traditional dish muiya sikamuk awandru. I really enjoyed my lunch. Try this recipe at home, you will love it.
