I think midtown Atl is the sweet spot of areas to live in the city. Great tour! That studio is very doable. Had me thinking about it. The fees are inline with the other properties in the area. And they are offering up too six weeks free rent for the first year. Good stuff

Ah, congrats in advance ! The building is pretty high so any floor could give great views but higher is always best in my opinion lol
