This does look amazing, my brother lives in Atlanta. but I live in downtown Chicago, So it's hard for me to really be impressed. however, if I ever did move to Atlanta. This is the area I would go for.

Whew Chile, THOSE FEES! I live in Vining’s at Windsor Encore, I saw when this was being built before I moved Encore… I also toured Ascent in downtown ATL, but too far from my job 😢. I love the amenities there!
My wife and I just put in an application. Hopefully all go as planned. We're moving from a 5 bedroom home in South Fulton, so it'll be a bit of an adjustment. However, I've always wanted that urban lifestyle and Nomia is perfect for us. Great video. 👍
The complex is gorgeous! The only painful part is the jump in price to the 2br starting at $3700. $2400 starting for 1br I can understand since you’re paying that for smaller in other parts of Atlanta, but that jump is hard to justify.
How dare u possibly have a roommate and they not get every penny possible🙄Plus, if they're jumping like that then what's the yearly rent increase jump going to be like?
What’s even crazier is the workforce housing programs, where typical 2 bedrooms may be $2k+ but with the program they shoot down to $1300. Just goes to show that the rent prices can indeed be that low. It’s insane
I think midtown Atl is the sweet spot of areas to live in the city. Great tour! That studio is very doable. Had me thinking about it. The fees are inline with the other properties in the area. And they are offering up too six weeks free rent for the first year. Good stuff
Going to get me a studio here. Juat want the views and the area. Moved to LA from decatur so moving back my mindset has changed about rent. This is cheap af!!! ❤
