That being said I need that light too cause something so little changes the whole tempature and mood of the shot without being over powering which I find very hard to balance personally.

Keep up the great work with the videos brother! It is great to be able to watch and learn new things about printing from you. Do you have a video showing how you do your registration? We use the transparency taped to the platen and then register each screen to the transparency. Looks like you are printing the base and then putting something over the top of that so you can print the other colors on top to register? I have never seen it done that way and wondering if it might be easier than the way we do it.

I briefly go over it in a video, I forget the name but I know it has 6 color print in the title. I prefer to register to the actual garment so things are more accurate, certain fabrics accept ink differently.

Lee, if a customer orders 100 shirts, how many do you typically purchase , to allow for errors etc ? do you go by a percentage of shirts ordered ? Best channel on this tube, say Hi to Wheels for me :-)

I order 100. Typically I have a couple spares in each size laying around in case of defects or the odd mistake, but it doesn't happen very often

You definitely don't want to be doing that! It's just decal transfer tape, the paper kind. Most screen printing suppliers also sell it just labeled as pallet/platen tape

So I've recently started screen printing and im having a massive problem, when I'm trying to squeegee the ink to the T im scraping away emulsion aswell causing the design to ruin, any tips?

Any trouble getting white ink? My supplier told there is a shortage of a certain raw material used to make white ink due to covid. I'm suspicious that he is pulling a shady salesman trick to get me to buy a boat load of ink.🤔
