This family should not have been allowed to adopt another. I wish I could give all dogs a FOREVER LOVING AND SAFE home where they know they will always be loved and cared for.
Why in the world did this family be allowed to adopt a new dog? It's bad enough that this poor dog was dumped to be killed but for the shelter to allow them to adopt another? What are these shelter people thinking?
