So useful, thank you! I already do the right stich colums, but the duplicate stitch is just totally cool. I'll never ever do knots again before weaving in ends ;-)

@@SuzanneBryan you've just helped me to knit my best neckline yet. I used to just follow the designer's instructions but I tried to follow your instruction and I'm so pleased with the result. I've yet to crack duplicate stitch though. Mine looks a bit messy in places but I think with nicer yarn I'd do better (used yarnart cotton so I could wear my top without fear of cat claws 🤣).

Working on a hat that has back loop increases within the row..The hat is alatau....top down....any suggestions for an increase that is almost invisible...I am an English knitter not continental...thank you...abbrevis BL1B...BL1R..,MATCHING set...deb...pompom booklet...thank-you
@SuzanneBryan

For the increase, a M1 or Lifted increase should be pretty invisible. I have no idea what BL1B and BL1R stand for. I googled, but didn't get anything meaningful. Is there an abbreviation list for the pattern? Check there. Happy Holidays.

I LOVE this Suzanne! I'm wondering though, what type and weight of yarn were used to make this sweater and the size of the needles? It's absolutely beautiful, you've done a great job! ❤️

How do you secure weaved in ends for cotton yarn that keeps poking up after blocking?
@SuzanneBryan
@SuzanneBryan 3 года назад
If need be, you can split the plies and weave in each separately.
