It's okay to vent. Sometimes, people need a bit of comfort when they're going through tough times; please take care of yourself. It's tough when you're in a situation like this. I'm glad you are getting better. Make sure to drink water and eat food. I hope everything will get better!

You don’t have to be sorry for venting it’s a good way to process emotions. Although this all sucks I’m glad you’re getting help! I hope things are able to get better!

Don't worry sometimes venting is better. About food tho. I can't say i have the same problem but i have something similar. I have in my country a dish that has pasta and the top is something made from flour that turn into cream. At first i didn't like it at all its dry floury until one day mom made it more creamy. Maybe if there is dishes that you can change the texture it will help a little. Another one is that sometimes it's how they use spices. If you change it it also can help. Take rice for example i like it more if it's made with turmeric. You can also try to add some vegetables in your food like pasta with white sauce with small bits of bell pepper and broccoli that you can't really teast it. There is a device called air fryer it makes food more healthy it take way to little oil to make food. You can search for some dishes that suits you. Maybe from another country? Who knows what can you find. I would recommend try Egyptian food if you can. It maybe not the healthiest but there is some dishes that can be played with texture and still be delicious and most of it you can put meat or not up to choice. (My friends want me to try sushi but i said i will never try it or any raw fish because I know i don't like raw. So you shouldn't try something you don't really want because sometimes it's pointless like your brain is saying no to it even if it's delicious your brain won't approve hence so your body- happened to me -) I hope these advices help you if possible.
