emma this vlog was lovely, even if you do pick up the camera every couple of days and check in, i love seeing that and a lot of others do too because it's real and raw and even if it is random - that's how life goes so really your vlogging in the best way! as for what you've been going through, i'm sorry it's been so emotionally draining, even if you can't talk about it now or don't feel ready, even just letting us know or saying out loud that you're feeling drained or overwhelmed helps because you shouldn't ever feel like you need to put up a front or pretend; it's okay to be vulnerable or cry or say you aren't feeling yourself without having to explain why - we will hold space for you

Ugh girl I feeeel you. I have tried SO MANY medications. I have horrible depression, adhd, and anxiety and now I just take an antidepressant and occasionally adderall for work. But the antidepressant I swear is making me nauseous 24/7

With your medication make sure you take it at the same time everyday and not skip days because you can get withdrawal symptoms. The nausea will go away when you consistently take it for months.

Emma!!! If the medicine is making you feel groggy you should talk to your doctor about other meds. I have depression and i took lexapro and i always felt exhausted and sleepy. I switched to prozac and i have nevet felt better. You def seem more level headed on the meds, but if you feel groggy I'm wondrring if your doctor could put you on a different med w for the same diagonises. Just want the best for ya cutie. ❤️

Emma you're so sweet. I'm praying God adjusts or helps you with whatever your dealing with. Every single person is going through some sort of battle whether they make it known or not. I don't want to tell you what to do but you might like to try to take time in the morning to talk to God. He's the best listner. Just from my experience, the closer you are to him, the calmer you'll feel. He's got you. No matter the situation.

Is your medicine something you can take only when you need it or want to? If you should be taking it daily you should be or it definitely will cause withdrawal symptoms and side effects. Most medicines you should take every day but depends on what it is.

I’m a pharmacy tech and on similar medications to you! You should try different medications for anxiety, there is so many out there. I had similar side effects as you where I felt nauseous and almost more anxious at first and felt that there was no other option. I switched and I couldn’t believe I even put up with it!!
