This is our first time at an all inclusive resort in Europe. It is definitely different, that is why I have a long detailed video. Hopefully the chapters below will help.

Really good video, thanks. The all-inclusive help yourself is definitely a european thing. I think maybe because tipping culture isn't prevalent over here. I hope you had a lovely time, regardless.

I came here in February on the Tabaiba side there’s a little bar where the chess peices are they do beautiful coffees with cinnamon and cream 🤤

Had a great time at this hotel last week this video summarises well. One small negative is the ‘sand’ is basically gravel and very uncomfortable to walk on

Noticed that the fridge is empty? Everywhere I’ve stayed before had fizzy drinks/water that was re filled everyday

A family of four we were so thirsty we took what was there out and drank. Honestly, It is not as well stocked at the Mexican resorts I have been to.

I would love to visit Spain one day!! This hotel looks beautiful and relaxing!! My kids would love the kids water area. I’ve never seen artificial sand before, I love that they have different pool and beach options.

this looks sooo relaxing!! the rooms look really nice and that big pool right outside is beautiful. all the restaurants and amenities are awesome. going to an all-inclusive is on my bucket list for my next vacation. glad you and your family had a great time 😊

Great review, we are thinking of staying next year. When it comes to the app regarding booking of meal times etc, how far in advance do you need to book? Is it flexible (i.e kids have a late rise) TIA

Just a day in advance is enough. I am not sure about teh peak seasons like summer maybe two days will be better so you get to use the all the facilities.

That is a massive hotel!!! And now I see the difference between hotel and hotel and resort. That pool is beautiful and I love that they have activities and childcare for the kid.s

Yes it is there is a very shallow area where your kids can just sit and enjoy the sun ☀️

We went 31st May - 7th June, we absolutely loved it, didn’t bother me the ‘help yourself’ aspect. Kids had a great time, probably could’ve done 10 days looking back. Look forward to more reviews 😊

The basic all inclusive is what we got, it gave us access to all the restaurants if you stay for 5 nights or more. All the pools and hotel amenities except the spa. They usually run promos for the spa though. You need to pay to use the arcade. Is there a specifuc area you have a question about?

Hello. Can you tell me if the family rooms (2 adult and 2 children) have a twin beds and a double bed or will they have to sleep on the sofa bed together

We did a queen bed and sofa bed. But there are options for two twin beds and a sofa bed
