Ingredients:
Chocolate sponge cake:
* Flour - 160 gr.
* Cocoa - 30 gr.
* Baking powder - 10 gr.
* Eggs - 5 pcs.
* Sugar - 200 gr.
* Milk - 100 ml.
* Vegetable oil - 70 gr.
* Cherry (Cherry) - 300 gr.
* Sugar - 100 gr.
* Cognac/cherry liqueur/spices optional
Cream:
* Cream - 300 gr. 33%
* Powdered sugar - 100 gr.
* Gelatin - 1 tsp. + 7 tsp. water
+ Evening cream
Mold size - 21 cm.
Approximate weight with coating 1600 g.
Bake at 180°C (350~°F) 45-50 minutes
