Salad with shrimps, avocado tomatoes and potatoes.
Ingredients: boiled potatoes 400 g, chicken eggs five pieces, red onions 100 grams, boiled peeled shrimps 100 grams, olives 50 g, tomatoes 200 g, avocado one piece, vegetables 30 g, salt, pepper to taste
Dressing: lemon juice 50 g, vegetable or olive oil 200 g.
For decoration: rocket salad 20 g, parmesan cheese 50 g.
Cooking recipe: Peel boiled potatoes, cut into cubes, cut half of the red onion into feathers, boil eggs, add eggs to boiling water and cook until soft for exactly 6 minutes. Peel the eggs and halve them. Cut tomatoes and avocado into cubes, chop greens finely. We clean the shrimp from the shell. Mix all ingredients and add olives. Mix lemon juice with olive or vegetable oil and season the salad. Season with salt and pepper. Mix and pour into a bowl, place shrimp eggs on top, grate Parmesan cheese. Place arugula on top.
