Hey guys 👋🏻 Finally got around to editing this * very * productive med school VLOG 👨🏻⚕️ I didn’t end up filming any more of my time in Dartford so I hope you enjoy this one 🤗 It was a solid 8 weeks where I made new friends and gained new experiences - all in all I’m happy I have peripheral clinical placements and I’m looking forward to the next one 🚜 I’m currently stuck in Jordan with no return flights to the UK but I should be back in time for uni 🏛 In the meantime I’m completing adventure after adventure - follow me on Instagram for regular updates 📱 Next vlog is my week in Jordan and it’s an absolute certified banger - stay tuned 🧨 Peace✌🏻
Hey Nasir, I pretty much never comment on RU-vid but I just wanted to say that your videos have helped me a lot lately. I recently had a bad mental breakdown due to severe depression and anxiety and was very unwell in the last two months, ended up missing a lot of school and having constant panic attacks (I am doing my studies in a language I've only been learning for a year as well lol so that also added to my stress). I am now getting back on track and your study with me/time management videos especially help me feel like my workload is manageable, even if it takes me longer to review classwork due to having to translate and reread so much to grasp the language. Everything else has fallen into place as well such as healthy eating, etc. and I haven't had a panic attack in two weeks. Thanks for the motivation and tips, it is greatly appreciated!! Wishing you all the best for 2021 :) ~Anna
Hey Anna! Wow I'm so happy to hear that. It's great that you're back on track and I hope you can continue to do well in your studies :D I wish you all the very best
Hi Anna, other than regular stuff (your therapy probably, or any other routine), keep doing regular exercise (don't skip Cardio). It really really really helps. In three months you would feel a significant difference. I have experienced that. I felt bliss every moment and within months my default mood was happy and forgot worrying. I wish you the very best
@@partheshsoni1905 Hey Parthesh, thanks for your comment, that was really nice :) exercise is currently my #1 priority, I work out two hours a day and that has really helped to keep me feeling positive and healthy. I especially love doing cardio. Thanks for the tip!! I hope you have a lovely 2021 coming up!
Kharma medic : hears a knock. Tells to come in with no response from the other side. Looks at the camera and brushes it off like nothing happened. Me shouting : brooooo!! Your room is haunted. Get out of there. Ahhhhhh!!!
Kharma Medic does literally anything normal (sleeping, eating) Me : *WhOa He'S sO pRoDuCtIvE* Nasir you always inspire me to be a good human being. Ilysm💕

What you said about that ad is exactly how I feel about Osmosis. I just started my first year of medical school and I don't want to watch an ad that preaches negativity like "medical school is hard"
I literally searched for the channel ‘Cooking with Kharma’🤣🤣🤣 and seriously, Nasir- a medical student as well as an apple ambassador😂 Hope you’re enjoying your time in Jordan!❤️
Ad about the Gordon Ramsay's masterclass appears... Me: Man, I don't need any Gordon Ramsay I have just watched Nasir make lunch. I watched the ad though, amazing video once again Nasir!
I wonder sometime that Nasir is a human...coz after that super tiring run..how can one even think of sitting and doing something!!..I mean I'll surely die before that 10k and even if I make it to my room I'll dose off for a week without even changing!!
@@KharmaMedic Don’t know about energy but yeah the sleep is great! After a good round at the gym! 1 ques - Do you drink Protien shake even after runs? I mean how do you regain energy so quickly? 😅
Just got back from my final. Hopefully I've done enough to pass, I crammed the entire GI system in less than a week (8+hours a day). Good luck to everyone who's waiting on their results!
I WAS SO WORRIED WHEN I HEARD ABOUT SITUATION OF UK! HOW ARE YOU 🙁🙁🙁 DONT WORRY! WITH THE PRAYS OF 600K PATIENTS NO ONE CANT EVEN HARM OUR DOC ! LOVE YOU
Finished with my first semester of med school, it isn't anything unmanageable. As long as you stay on top of your work, you should be fine. Edit: realised I mistakenly wrote "year" instead of " semester"

I thought the teriyaki sauce was the soy sauce and honey 😂 I’ve been cooking chicken with the soy sauce and honey and it’s delicious! Stay safe and happy holidays everyone
Kharmamedic please confirm me .... will you do exercise every day OMG you are great, when ever I'm out of time, preparing for exams , any other destraction the 1st thing I'm gonna do is skip exercise though I know it wouldn't have help me and it takes a hell lot of days to actually get back to my workouts I'm unable to make a track 😣; I know it sounds stupid that's how I do even I regret skipping exercise; We're you exercising regularly even when you are preparing for USMLE step 1... I'm just curious and want know 😅
Anyone else has the problem of getting distracted while for example reading for school, but start daydreaming every 3rd sentence? I dont have a problem of looking at phone, going on facebook etc cause I put my phone away and use websiteblockers. But i notice when im reading i simply get distracted by my thoughts, then I have to reread which is wasting time. Anyone had this problem/found a solution?
Congrats on the paper bro! Also when you were running in the dark and were scared I related so much. As a woman I can't really get outside when it's dark :( really like you!
