The challenge of competing, well done for a reality check as many people may think you just take them to a show and magically you get rosettes, sadly life isn't always perfect but as long as you are both well there is always another day xx

possibly he gave himself a little fright with the first stop, or maybe the sudden stop made his shoulder a bit twingey? As you say though, some days just don't go to plan! Our horses aren't machines, but neither are WE! Having an off day isn't a reason to beat yourself up either x
Thanks very much! Yes we thought the same thing, the first stop was completely my fault and maybe he just wasn’t feeling so confident and with his shoulder being a bit sore he wasn’t happy going on a deep one in the next class! It is what it is though, onwards and upwards 🤞🏼
