A quick visit to Canterbury East Station to see the semaphore signals in the last days of operation! The new signals are already in just not in use yet! We see South Eastern Trains 465,917 arrive and depart. I was also surprised and pleased to see the ticket barriers had been removed! This was because they were the only ones of there type in the country and getting parts for them was getting harder and harder! I've been told the broke down twice a week! There are still similar ticket barriers at Chelmsford and Epsom! Portsmouth & Southsea & Southampton Central did have them too but there have now been replaced by more modern ones!
