Why don’t you contact the breeder? The video features the breeder and their aviaries.

Those are special carriers to bring the birds out of the aviaries to display them privately to a breeder, a visitor. That way the visitor does not enter the aviaries and disturb the birds. The birds are placed in those carriers only during the time a breeder is visiting.
