Absolutely loved this! My great grandfather was from Killarney and left for wales in around 1910 and I went there at 16 to visit cousins. 42 years ago. So to see how much this magical place has changed was so lovely. I enjoyed every second. Thank you so very much. ❤️
Wow. Beautiful city, beautiful people! The Irish people are so slim, fit and attractive. It's nice to see so many out and about enjoying life. If I lived there, I would never want to leave. Wonderful tour, Sinead. It was so great to be in Teddy's Pub---lovely, inviting and such a good iconic Irish locale. The music was very enjoyable.
Well, we hope that you do get the chance, Reva. In the meantime, there are more Ireland videos where this one came from ru-vid.com/group/PLI2cT_tq8x6pHn1Ke96tFhDcQuom_Gg-3.
Thank You Sinead for showing us your Hometown , It looked amazing and love all the great buildings and pubs and your friends Singing in your local they where amazing , Thank You for sharing Sinead , Take Care, From Anne and Ron in Qld , Australia 💕🌻
Researching for a trip to Ireland next year and this video officially sold me on Killarney being a must do. Possibly with an extra day to hang out in town.
As a Londerner of Irish parents living in Australia for last 23yrs love getting back to Ireland as often as possible especially Kerry definitely feels like home love your video and commentary brilliant Thanks for sharing Slainte 💚🇨🇮☘👍
This one was off the charts good. I usually stay at the International when in Killarney and your superb walkabout brought back many memories of just casually nipping in to the various pubs in town for a quick pop wherever I fancied, perhaps an ice cream cone at a shop just across from The Flesk if memory serves, a man's wet shave at the Turkish barbers and capped off by a proper pub dinner of lamb, potato and veg all washed down with a creamy pint. The singers in the video are first rate. Well done Sinead.
What a treat this was to enjoy watching! The homeland of my ancestors. Traveling isn't something I get to do often, so thank you for making up for that. Such a gorgeous place, and the music at the end was the cherry on the cake! Thank you!
Killarney is my absolute favorite place in the world. I went once a few years ago (pre-Covid) and have wanted to go back ever since. Does the duo at the end have an album? Really love the first and third songs, especially. Thanks so much for this intimate tour of an amazing place! Can’t wait to see you again, Killarney!
I can honestly say this is the best video tour of Killarney I have seen ❤ There has been 30 years gone by since my last visit and I wanted to bring back those memories of all the places we visited in town, this was super, its do good I will be watching again, thank you for your time and effort 10 out of 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We are glad that you enjoyed the tour! If you haven't already done so, check out our back catalogue of walking tours from around the world. ru-vid.com/show-UCDqyEmKOSkMbSYuLI3XTSBQ. There is more where this came from!
thanks so much! i’m traveling to ireland from the u.s. next year and this is very helpful. btw, i have no idea why people should care if you say “you guys.” honestly, it’s their problem. keep doing what you do!!
What a silly question. Music, ruins, castles, hiking, shopping, great food and so much more. You don't have to drink alcohol to have a great time in Ireland. Pubs also sell non-alcoholic drinks.
Did you ever read the Book the Tragedies of Kerry, perhaps you should, then you could save yourself some time by not giving us any English History about Queen Victoria. Thank you .
