A Week Busy Packing Orders + What I Eat 🍲🥑🍛 

Not gonna lie, your video inspired me to meal prep, and now I'm cooking for the week 😂

I have been eating unhealthy diets for a year and half and gained 40 ibs and not been my happy self. Even since I moved out, I had the freedom of eating whatever I want especially when I’m not hungry. And I do work 12 hours nights at my job so managing my eating time can be difficult. I sometime eat before I sleep which is not healthy of digesting the food. Starting today, I started making changes on what I buy and what I eat. I need to work on portion sides and finding ways to control my hungry when I’m full. This video does give me ideas and encouragement. My main goal to eat healthier and feel energetic. I miss the time when I was happy just eating two meals a day that boost my day and love eating a good old salad.

You are such an inspiration for me! I am so sick of working my job and want to start my business. I am so scared though and I find myself stuck trying to juggle both and never really having the time to fully commit to my business. Any pointers? Also did you attend any art schools? I love drawing, painting, and etc. But I am not to familiar with drawing on the tablet or what even apps are out there for that.

You should definitely try Silk vanilla yogurt. It’s dairy free & they come in small convenient containers for one or a large one for portioning. Agave syrup is light, but sweet. ❤

Watching this without a snack handy was a mistake.

Loving cooking but hating the cleanup is such a big MOOD! I love making stuff it’s like a new media to use my creative bones!!! Since I hate dishes my husband and I have a pact that whoever cooks the other cleans! Even though that means I sometimes have to do the dishes it takes off some of that weight. Whenever you move in with someone again I highly recommend having some sort of pact 🙌

I see 🥑 my mouth waters immediately. I eat them on a frequent basis as a snack and meal replacement when I want something simple and fast. Never thought of using Soy Sauce with 🥑 though. I may have to try that. 🤔
