Every video gets better and better. However my favourite part is the view of Hunter and Koa enjoying the scenery and views, especially slow motion & with music. So special. 😊

Long time viewer and big fan from Iceland here! Just so you know, ice caves in summer are really dangerous. We just recently had a collapse in one of them where someone was unalived. So just a tip to anyone watching!
Hunter : "This is what I needed". I kinda feel like that everytime I watch a video from you guys!!! ❤I remember your last trip there in 2018 and I think it was shortly before that when I found this channel. Or sometime that year I know. And never regretted it for a second. Those waterfalls are otherwordly.
Love this so much!! This was the most perfect expedition and I never expected to make such amazing friends (miss you loads Jenna and Allegra!!!). Can't wait to see you again in BOTH Canada and Morocco :)
Looks like so much fun and thanks for sharing! Your videos about traveling by ferry in the Nordics have been super helpful for our own trip planning. Appreciate all the details! Two thoughts / ideas for you: 1) Star Wars-themed family expedition in Tunisia and 2) travel by camper van around Hokkaido. Thank you and looking forward to your next video!
@@flyingthenest I've usually stuck around Reykyavik or the south coast, so I think next time I actually want to fly to Akureyri straight off. Not because I don't love the capital, I do, just for a change. In Reykjavik tho there is a bunch of new development to the west of the city in the former docks area, like the indoor lava show which i really liked. You are smart to go to Blue Lagoon .. with the volcanoes I dunno how much longer it'll be there ..!
Glad you enjoyed your time here and got to introduce more people to the wonders of Iceland 😁 Hope you will go to the North and East or West next time, there is plenty more to see! With kids it's a must to visit all the local swimming pools and then going to the bakery or ice cream shop afterwards - the Icelandic way! 😁
Huge congrats on the launch of Roam & Nest! I’m so incredibly happy for you guys! Also it’s thanksgiving here in Canada and Im thankful for you guys! 💕
Yay so glad you did this as a family of four :) The first video I watched from your channel was when you went to Iceland 6 years ago and even though Im Icelandic myself - it was thanks to you that I tried out fish and chips in Reykjavik, Café Loki and so on. And therefore, I have been watching you ever since :)
hehe i think a lot of people initally found us from that first Iceland video so its so amazing that you are still here after all these years :) so glad you tried all those spots! Which was your fav?
Always so excited to watch your videos guys, I knew you through a video you did with Kara and Nate. Sending you love from our broken Lebanon ❤ May one day I meet you when I'm traveling as well! 🥹
Loved the sunrise and sunsets you are showing us everytime and everywhere! ❤ Your kids are lucky to travel around the world and experience first hand what we only saw in books and tv. 😊 Looking forward for more travels with you through your channel. ❤❤❤
How cool! You can ride a boat behind Niagara Falls, but the best experience I had walking behind a waterfall was Angel Falls in Canaima, Venezuela. It was amazing. This was years ago, but I still remember it like yesterday. It was a little dangerous as the rocks were slippery and there were no handrails, but it was magical!
@@flyingthenest Ooh, I am so honored that you responded. :) I believe the boat ride behind Niagara Falls is called The Maid (or Maiden?) in the Mist. It was fun, but it does not beat Angel Falls; however, you should not do Angel Falls with your kiddos. I love your channel!
Iceland is on my bucket list. As for 2026 expeditions…I’ve been asking for a while but can you PLEASE do a Christmas Markets of Germany, Austria & Switzerland trip OR another Santa’s Village in Finland trip. I’m holding out to do a Christmas trip with you guys 🎄🎅
Iceland is green. Greenland is icy. I've been to both once. I was hoping to going back again with my friend...... Would you take Hunter and Koa to Netherland? Tulip, windmill, cheese, clugs!!! I believe that kids will like all those. There is workshop about how to make wooden shoes. It is fun to attend. Do you like my idea? what's your thoughts?
How was Greenland?? We would love to visit next year! Yes we planned to go this year but planned last minute and prices were way to expensive so didn’t so it
@@flyingthenest We mainly stayed at ilulissat for the famous icefjord. The Arctic hotel is a good place to stay. There is not much in capital city Nuuk. We had bit landing issue due to strong wind (location problem of the airport), but I heard that new international airport of Nuuk is going to have its grand opening on 28 Nov. 2024.
Hey Guys. Havent watched for a while. Omg the kids are growing up quick. I was watching another travel video and an ad for Klook popped up. And who did i see? Jess. Watched it twice to make sure it was you Jess.
maybe you need to bring them to Australia... to experience the Aussie way... climbing the Kimberleys, visiting Alice Springs, or just mainly doing a adelaide oval roof climb or the sydney harbour bridge climb, there are so many places in Australia yes our home town to sugguest, maybe do a pole in which city in Australia woud you like ti come and visit... yes do that.
Was there last year pregnant was nice food and reykavek was nice but hard to walk with ice .❤😅 Didn’t find that hot dog sadly but eat rest the food . It’s beautiful country
My heart skipped a beat when I saw where you stayed. I worked at Smaratun in the summer of 2000.❤ Are Sigurdur and Guthny still living in Smaratun? (Sorry not to have Icelandic letters.) Greetings from 🇫🇮
I really wanted to do your Morocco and/or Canadian Rockies one, but didn't have the funds! Are you able to announce them and the pricing, a month or 2 in advance to give people time to save up? 1 week wasn't enough notice for me! haha
Aww we always try to get the information out as quickly as possible - i think you just need to have the deposit of $400 ready when booking - not the whole amount.
Oh Gosh guys... I would absolutely 💯 LOVE to come an an expedition- but do you really want to know where? I would 100000% say Christmas Market Expedition!!!! I really want to go somewhere with you guys in Europe to do this and even the UK would be great. I missed the Finland one which made me very sad, but THAT would totally be my next idea. I want to meet with you guys so badly! One day I know it will happen ❤🍁🇬🇧🤗🎉🍂🏤 P.S. you should really check out Gratz, Austria Christmas Market as they have a entire Nativity Made out of Ice there every year. I have been in the past, but to be honest mixing it up a bit and doing more than one market in Europe would be epic ❤🎉
Did a 16 day road trip iceland in March, was super wonderful. On our Arrival we saw the sky all red from the eruption, welcomed us epically.
