It's definitely crunch time for us in medical school right now. Between studying for our upcoming exams, learning new material, working on research and finding the time to do Anki, I can easily say that this was the busiest week of my entire life in school so far. As a medical student, there were definitely times when I felt overwhelmed, and other times where I felt like it was never going to end. I tried to film in between studying to document as honestly as possible what that was like for me. More importantly though, I wanted to show that when times get tough, you need to keep your head down, trust the process, and look forward to the future - it's going to get better! Mental health is so important and I also tried to show you how I try to prioritize my own even when life gets busy with the daily life of being in medical school.
