If your hair is falling out it could be from the water! London has hard water (water with a high mineral content) which makes your hair prone to shedding. You could try getting a shower filter

Also in regards to your hair, I'm not a doccy but I went to the doctor's because my hair was also coming out and she did bloo tests but told me that this time of year when the seasons change our hair sheds even more than usual ready for it to thicken up in winter. Like a bear I suppose. But you are beautiful don't forget it. We all have days where we feel like shite. Iv been the same so ov just declutter my clothes and done a big haul to revamp my style which always makes me feel good!

Kate if you want a good shampoo and conditioner that will save your hair I use hask shampoo and conditioner and I wasn’t sure if it was going to work but used it for around a week and my hair feels so much healthier and better with it, I was also loosing my hair in clumps in the shower and whilst my hair was dry but it works so so well, it’s the blue lid one that I used x

Heya, I actually had the same experience when I went off the pill, around 3 months after going off it, my hair was falling out A LOT. I found out that it can happen when there’s a shift in hormones, a little like post pregnancy hair loss. It’s called Telogen Effluvium and there is a RU-vidr called Lauren who has a channel on it. It is temporary and will grow back and she has tips on how to help with regrowth. Mine stopped falling out after about 4 months and looked completely back to normal almost a year later.

No stress dude I came off the pill and my body held onto fluid for 2 months. My hair was falling out like yours. Alllsoo the pill doesn’t “regulate hormones” it feeds your body artificial hormones and puts you into a state of menopause 👍🏻

if you choke by yourself you have to lean over a counter with your stomach pressing into it

About the choking thing if your on your own, I'm a nurse and I teach first aid, the thing I'd do if I was on my own is if I'm choking, I'd basically throw myself over the back of a chair, so say a dining chair, it's so hard to explain but you lie over the top of the back rest part on your upper abdo (where you would do abdominal thrusts for choking) and push into that part of the chair. I know there's been times where people have had to do this and has worked, I guess your willing to try anything when you can't breath though! Hope that makes some sort of sense 😂 so many people have that fear including me!xx

To show everlasting life through Jesus's sacrifice. John 14:6 states: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.". Romans 10:13 states "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.". Eternal life in heaven is just one prayer away. All you have to do is believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on the cross for your sins. As an atonement for your sins. And rose from the grave on the 3rd day. Ask Jesus to save you of your sins and give you eternal life in Heaven. Salvation is a free and everlasting gift from God. Please don't let pride drag you into eternal punishment in Hell, but ask Jesus to give you eternal life in Heaven. If you're getting a strong feeling of resistance while reading this, it's because Satan doesn't want you to get saved. He wants you to resist, and think it's not real. He wants you in Hell for all eternity with him. Hell is not a fun place, like worldly people like to imagine. It's everlasting torture with no relief. I'm only taking the time to text this, because I want to get the message out. There are so many distractions in life keeping people from witnessing to other people. Keeping you from thinking about salvation. Keeping you from thinking about life after death. Please, ask Jesus into your hearts to save you of your sins and cleanse you from all unrighteousness. Ask him for a place in Heaven, and he will save you from eternal damnation in Hell.
