Especially since all the food in the house is nourishing. Let the kids be intuitive eaters guided by your suggestions. We raised our kids with “this is what we think but there are many ways to look at things, do what you think is best, be safe and have fun😊”

I am super curious. With this idea in mind, was it your experience that your children chose to eat more nutritious foods or did they ask for less nutritious foods more often? Did you just put in place a system where you didn't buy non-nutritious foods at all? What was your answer to what if they wanted something non-nutritious while at the store or what about when they went to school? I am interested in this parenting technique and how well it worked for you? ❤

Considering that many think little about feeding their children syrup, sugary jam and sweet breads at breakfast, I don’t think a little ice cream with fruit and a protein every now and then would be so bad. There is also the very easy fix of making you own “ice cream” at home that will satisfy. Like that decedent looking oatmeal shown in the video!

This is the reason why you're my favourite RU-vidr even though I'm not a vegan and definitely not an avid cook. I love how you've set up your life and really owned it you know? To share the loss of equipment and content in such a calm way to the public was amazing. Personally most of my words would have not been repeatable and certainly not shareable. This part of this video actually made me literally pause it and think deeply about some of the reactions I've made to, in comparison, such minor issues and how I need to be more positive about things that I can't change.

RU-vidrs like these are always such a relief to watch. It’s almost the channel The Adventures of Jade, whose Australian, whom I used to watch before she discontinued her channel to focus more on her life. Peaceful, wholesome and spiritual people like these are so calming to the soul

Sadia, the amount of joy this video brought to me is indescribable. I can't exactly pin-point why either...!? It's just everything about it. You and Robbin, your happiness, this beautiful country, the activities you did, your friends, the studio, the food, the vibe... just everything.. This brought me so much peace, and I can't wait when I get to do all of those things too someday. Oh our relationship is not without its hardships as well, I wouldn't want to make it seem more rosey than it is. It's just not something I'd film, if we were in the middle of a disagreement or argument, so it's not something anyone sees. I think all relationships have their struggles, that's normal. But indeed, we work hard on trying to communicate as well as we can, and try our best to understand and respect the other person's perspective, even if we don't agree with it. So thank you for the love, and for being happy for us, that's very kind of you. I just want you to know it's also not *always* happy, and that's okay too.

Thank you so much for posting this video. I’ve had a couple of tough weeks this summer. Sometimes we expect summer to be all jolly and nice but it turns out the quite opposite.. seeing everyone else having a wonderful time can easily make us anxious. I tried some yoga and mediation just as you, it’s a good way to unwind. Keep on posting these type of videos now and again, I love them so much ❤

Such an amazing and cute video! Love it 🥰 And in the beginning where you´re talking about not teaching food shaming/hierarchy, etc. PLEASE do a video on that! i think it would be so helpful, not only for how to raise kids with a good mental health about food, but also for adults who (like me) need to RESET theirs due to eating disorders, diet messaging during upbringing and so on. Honestly the way you handle adversity is awe-inspiring. You are a constant reminder of what a healthy approach to our mind and body means! 😊 thank you! Also very very friendly correction on the name of the plant, it's actually "pothos" (meaning desire, in greek), not "pathos" (again greek word, meaning passion). I have the same one and it has taken over an entire bookcase 😂

Tip: Always put your electronics that get soaked or wet in dry rice for at least a few hours. You want them to be fully dry when you take them out. This has saved many of my devices :)
