First of all, you may not be your favourite self at the moment, but don't forget that you're absolutely beautiful and someone else's ultimate goal is your current cloth size whatever it is. Ah Meg I feel the same with the whole weight loss thing! I say oh on Monday I’ll start but I just dread doing it, and right now I’m sat contemplating if I want to go to the gym! I would love a weight loss video hopefully it would motivate me too! I know the feeling of going into the changing room and just feeling horrendous when you try on the clothes! Hopefully we both achieve our goals soon!!
Try Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar, I have it 2 teaspoons in a pint of water. Helps suppress hunger and I have it in the morning and before bed (Drink with a straw though)
