actually the "olla olla" part is Korean which means Go Up... in the lyrics it is always written in Korean 올라 올라 to emphasize that it is a Korean word tho we could arguably say it can also be Hola since the choreo does depict an action of saying hi... Hands Up is actually 100% filmed in Korea... in Wish MV they are cupids in training... there's a whole concept video explaining this the Korean and Japanese version has different story line... in the Korean ver, Sakuya is the one who fell inlove with the girl hence why at the end he block the bullet.. in the Japanese ver they came back to prevent what had happened hence why Sakuya woke up seeing Yushi and Ryo instead of the girl and Riku fell inlove but he is more determine to make the two human fall inlove to pass the test in order for them to become real cupids...
