This video made me miss my time in Seoul. Definitely check out Busan next time! Grabbing some takeout, beer and sitting by the beach at night was so fun. The seafood market was fun too, where they also take your food upstairs and prepare it various ways.

I hope next time you can visit my birth place of Busan--absolutely gorgeous and great if you love seafood!

Definitely wanted to visit Busan this trip too, but we didn't wanna squeeze too many cities in a week. Will be back though for sure!

Dang, everything looks delicious! Was there enough English to get by there generally?

If you stay in Myeongdong, it’s pretty tourist friendly overall. Still not super easy to get by with just English, but definitely doable. A lot of spots had english menus, and honestly just a lot of gesturing and pointing to get by lol

Korean broths are magical. So light, yet so flavourful. I used to live in Seoul, and would always go to my local soup spot to get the oxtail soup. So good. I also love a good kimchi soup with a fried pork cutlet mixed in. Pure comfort food for the soul. Korea also makes insanely good American comfort food; burgers, pizza, pasta - all as good as even better than what you find over here. The best smash burger I've ever had is still in Seoul @ No Stress Burger in Yongsan.

Smash burgers in Seoul??? Damn I feel like I missed out. We were only there for 6 days and it felt like we needed another few weeks. Soups were definitely my favorite thing the entire time there though, and we got soups every day. Definitely will be back in the future.

Check out Busan, it’s better for food prices and exploring IMO. They have really good seafood as well. Hotel prices are what Seoul used to be like 10 years ago. After the last 6 visits, currently here, to Seoul we should have extended our Busan trip. We did a 3 night in Busan and 7 night in Seoul and miss Busan.

4.12. Do you have to pay to use their grill?

It was only a little bit more like equivalent to $5USD to use the grills

So now that you're 10 pounds heavier and you got to experience a double Michelin star restaurant don't you feel embarrassed 4:57 interrupting the crab taking a bath?
