Shaytards was my go to family channel, the only one I ever watched- I felt that I had a second family with you guys and have watched since Brock was teeny tiny. I am so thankful for the peace and catharsis I had in my teenage years watching, and now I get to experience that in my twenties with your videos. The problem with rain in LA is that when it's heavy rain, the streets are NOT built for it, they never built the LA roads to handle any rain, they're not curved so all the water just pools up and floods the roadways. Stay off the roads in LA in the rain.
Let your pan warm up first and then add your oil. Make sure the oil has touched the entire bottom of pan surface (don’t need a lot of oil) and last your egg. It won’t stick, it won’t burn (don’t set it on high. Middle of low and medium) and the yoke won’t pop unless you want it to. Season to taste 😉👌🏻🤌🏻👩🏻🍳
Avia.. it is so fun to watch you grow into this new chapter of life! I’m loving how your apartment is coming together! I’m living vicariously through you in styling a new space 😍 I had a thought/suggestion… take it or leave it (obvi) but what if you looked for a dining table that could double as a kitchen island? I know you already have a table but if you got a rectangle or square one that fit in your kitchen then moved your couch over towards the sliding door then you might even have room for a tiny coffee table and a chair or two opposite it. Eh??
It's great you encourage people to find a workout they like and don't just tell people to go to the gym or running. There is so much more out there than just going to the gym. I hate going to the gym personally, but I love climbing, yoga, boxing and hiking and other outdoor activities. There's something out there for pretty much anyone, so try things out!
Glad everything is going well. That cafe looked great! You should defiantly try Aroma in North Hollywood (Studio City). Also LA is for sure an adjustment. I've been out here since 2011 and it took me at least 4 years to feel like, yup I live here. You got this!

I’ve been slowly building myself up to go do things alone. Haven’t gotten the guts ti go to a sports game yet though😭 everyone deserves to have a good time whether they go with a group or solo fershure!

when you die, you take your karma with you. everything else belongs to this world. your karma is the only thing you take with you so do good which will help you to be reborn in a good place (heavens, human world, brahma worlds etc). eventually if you learn to stop making karma altogether (whether good or bad), you can escape the cycle of rebirth altogether. because being born, is to suffer. even if you are in a heavenly realm, its impermanent.
