It is crazy to think how young Christian was, when Mateschitz laid trust in him and made him team principal of the fresh Red Bull Racing F1 Team. 32 years. He's been team principal for 18 years now. And I'd say he does a phenomenal job. One of the best in the sport for sure.

I always wondered why Christian is always in the garage at the race start. Didn't think I'd get the answer but now I did!😊 And thanks Christian, for believing in our Max so much🧡🦁

These videos are next level quality!! Not only do I love drinking Red Bull products, but it drew me into to F1 about 5 years ago. I can’t even imagine being in the Red Bull pit area, and sadly like the majority of fans will never get the chance. This gives all of us access to what it would be like. Well done!!

You can't even sneak a fart when Christian Horner is around. Thats how on top of his game he is. Respect.

This video is really cool to see Christian's job/what goes on during his race weekend contrasted to how we always see the driver's weekends. All the little details of his job like being last one to the track for possible last minute parts, to the superstitions of race day, to the daily meetings for all the different departments he looks after, and to have to juggle the drivers and sponsor obligations on top of all that is really cool to see.

Christian is a tremendous leader, running a tech organization and high performance sports team as well. I would love to meet him and discuss those leadership principles. There is a lot to learn from someone who took a new team to the top, fell to second with the turbo hybrid rule change in 2014 then brought the team back to first again in 2022. Well done to Christian and his entire team at Red Bull.

I am a huge Red Bull F1 fan in the United States (Florida) and I always have my alarm set to wake up early on Sundays to watch and support the team. I really appreciate all of the behind the scenes videos that have been coming out! I missed my chance to make it to Miami this year, but I do have a few friends lucky enough to score some tickets!

Came here from the future. such a shame to see Christian pushed out from Red Bull. He has done so much for the team. In 2036 everyone will have proof that Jos was behind everything, unfortunately it will be too late. Max is at HAAS by the way, they are dominating F1 since 2030.

Being a Team Principle alone seems like such a demanding job by itself and he has to fill a CEO role at the same time. Respect.

I really want to see the timetable of the week, when Christian Horner is going to work on Monday to the Sunday evening. Just how many appointment he have in this week. It is really cool, i would love to work in F1. But you have to remember that this is more then 90 minutes race.
