Alexa Phoenix Hi Alexa! Thank you for watching my video ❤️ First of all, I wasn’t part of the UPCAT Passers list but my GWA was high enough to get through the waitlist cut. UPLB is very generous to admit students during my time since it was 2015, hence 2 years of no freshmen in the campus. I think it’s harder now bcos of the competition. Secondly, I had plans of transferring to Diliman on my second year but GIRL LB CAMPUS IS REALLY HOME. It was hard for me to leave since I got tired of the manila commuting hassle + high prices of things. Everything in LB is SOOOO chill. I wanted a change of scenery where I can focus more on my acads and well being as a whole. Lifestyle is also more lax in LB because we dont have big malls and other places to hang out (sm calamba or nuvali is the nearest). Instead, we go to parks, rooftop/garden bars and restaurants, college parties, modern co-working spaces, libraries, apartments, and hip coffee shops to hang out. We have all sorts of food estabs. 😉 As per my course, it’s a long story how I got to my current program. UP Diliman was my first choice- BSBAA. But now I’m in LB, I learned which course I can excel without being too conformed with what’s “on trend” courses that manila parents think. Will definitely make a video of this if you want to know more, click that bell button! ❤️
