mike i would vote for you for president if i could. these videos are so fun, entertaining and informative. there's also such a humility and no-nonsense flavor running through them which is lacking in so much modern musician content. so many of these "day in the life" videos are heavily curated, there's always some angle; the guy is always trying to make himself seem busier or more successful than he actually is. this is just an extremely well done video of a dude Doing The Work, and i can't tell you how much i respect it.

These videos gave me a completely different perspective on what it means to be a “working” or “full time” musician. Dope.

Wow,Mike,you are such a busy young man. It amazed me how busy you are. It seemed like you were going to, go, going every minute of the day. Your videos have inspired me to look into playing my drums to some jazz. I have never entertained that thought before, but watching you and listening to some of the songs you play, I think I told be fun. I know absolutely nothing about jazz or jazz groups, but I am quite familiar it’s Pink Martini, so I might find some of their songs on RU-vid and give it a whirl. As far as what part of your video I liked the best, it was your recording you guys did on Wednesday. There were a few songs that I really liked.
