In today's video, I'm sharing how I work with my sourdough starter every week this season. Several years ago, I learned the skill of baking without an oven on my gas stove. When it seemed that I couldn't make headway with sourdough recipes on my kitchen counter needing to be baked, this skill saved the situation. I thought to share that experience with you because God causes us to learn skills for a purpose. This skill is even more handy now with my oven having broken down.
I hope my experience will work to encourage you to learn this skill and many others to the glory of God.
