I struggle with hyper focusing on my sewing too. Sometimes I don't realize I'm hungry and my work isn't going along as perfectly as I want. I always try my best to be mindful and to listen to my body. It works all the time, although it takes longer for me to finish projects. A healthy mindful brain is not a bad trade for slow but perfect sewing ☺️

hey karina!! pls don't stay over night at parsons... I can't pull all-nighters either and honestly, they do you no good!! glad to see that you're staying healthy and haha- the potato printmaking is lowkey hilarous but so effective hope we can meet up soon!! :)
