Hi, I'm Tiffy :)
Happy New Year! Welcome back to another episode of Pack My Husband’s Lunch. After all the business from the holiday season, it’s time to get back into our routines and enjoy some good comfort food.
This week features some of my go-to quick and easy recipes. On Monday, we had Spicy One Pot Chicken and Rice, the perfect easy comfort meal! On Tuesday, we were craving salmon, so I made Ginger Glazed Salmon Rice Bowl paired with Garlic Broccolini. On Wednesday, I wanted to test out a chicken skewer recipe, and I paired it with my quick and easy Taiwanese Pan pan-fried noodles. This was SO GOOD. I made it again for dinner the next day! We ended the week with Dom’s favourite, Golden Steak Fried Rice with bok choy.

OMG! I am going to make the chicken and rice one-pot meal tonight! The rest of the recipes are a definite must. Everything looks so delicious sadly I am allergic to rice and ginger perhaps I can sub cauliflower rice, omit the ginger and cook some of then “one pot” items separately. Wonderful recipes!

I am addicted to your hand cut noodles and scallion sauce! This sounds odd, but I’ve been making a sauce with Mike’s hot honey, butter, scallion sauce and better than bouillion chicken flavor. Use a bit of the sauce on fried eggs while they’re cooking, toss the noodles in the sauce and top with green onion! ❤ 🍜 ❤

Ma Ma is Mom in Chinese, but Ma is horse in Chinese as well. I don’t know why they have the same word for mom and horse in Chinese chicken and whore are both Ji if you see Ji tattooed on woman, that means she’s a prostitute if you see a tattooed on a man that means he born in the year of the rooster, your recipes look delicious.
