Every time he says a watch is responsibly priced expect it to be in the $10,000.00 range. When he says inexpensive expect $5,000 and below; when he says expensive just forget it.
This is nowhere near my style, nor will it ever be, but deary me what a beautiful art piece this is! All of the technology, methods, craftsmanship that's been used to make this watch are absolutely and utterly marvelous!
To me... there is something irresistible in Breguet watches. Case, hands, guilloche dial... And now, above all of that, ultra modern technology in this Classique Chronométrie 7727 model ! I simply love it !
Ben nails it here. This is a brilliant watch in all respects. Ben neglected to mention one hugely important benefit of the magnetic pivots. When he invented the tourbillon, patented in 1801, Abraham-Louis Breguet identified friction differences in various positions as a source of rate errors. The tourbillon addressed that by rotating the key components, going through fast and slow positions. The characteristics of the magnetic pivot address this source of rate errors, as friction does not vary with vertical positions. That leads to greater precision.
+peleti027 really? i mean 41mm isn't that big, doesn't it? i have a aqua terra 42mm and it's perfect! for 40'000.- i would choose MANY other watches, that's the point.
Wow that's a beautiful watch. I also find the watch has an excellent size at 41mm with all those complications. One of the most unique watches I've seen!
the dial looks like George Daniels which I like, but power reserve is huge, and kind of stupid complications, where as george daniels had legitimate complications. It's like if you just want complications like Daniels whatch have, but for some reason don't want to get little bit serous then why not do like omega speedmaster with power reserve meter?
Jaraad Hassim hahaha I do the same as him. I often go to Apple stores to try the new Macs and Macbooks and the 1st thing I do is switch the scrolling option😂 I guess many customers get pissed afterwards.
Breguet isn't a resurrected brand like Blancpain. it has changed hands, but only from the Breguet family to Chaumet and then swatch or smh as it was then.
Breguet is run by people with no common sense. They automatically eliminate billions of people in Asia with this huge size. It's ridiculous. The never bothered to notice that the 33-36 mm range is timeless for those who are wealthy often have slender wrists because they take care of themselves.
@@JM-gu3tx Complete BS, Just because you are a little whimp doesnt mean that there is demand on a man´s watch in 33 mm, thats just rubbish. Maybe when youre grown up you can wear real watches.
All the watches unfortunately have terrible resell value except some Pateks and some Rolexes. I recently bought 2014 ALS Datograph Perpetual for 55,000 EUR (2018 retail price in Germany is 121.400,- EUR incl. German 19% VAT). 45% from retail, 3.5 years old watch in mint condition.

Tavish M Also I don’t think there’s exactly “billions of people” in Asia that could afford a Breguet. Maybe .05% of the people in Asia, considering the average income in most Asian countries
