God Bless America and all its Military Forces Personnel from the bottom to the top , Im an English man born a bred in England my Grand Father R.I.P Served in WW2 he was a Desert Rat and he said when America started to send supplies around September 40 he send you could see and feel the difference they made , and then in December 1941 they got involved fully by way of deployment , my Grandfather said it was amazing the change a progress they made. So I would like to say thank you on behalf of me and my Grandfather for your help during WW2.

Jocko and several of his books have helped me immensely in my life. Although, I suppose it came from within, he/they lit the fire. However, one thing that I cannot seem to get rid of is the self doubt or nothing being good enough. I don't often have the confidence to do what I know I am capable of. When I do do something commendable (like starting training nearly every day since the pandemic began) I will get down on myself. If I do 500 push ups in a day, I will ask myself why it wasn't 600? If I did do 600, why not one thousand? This will go on forever, despite reaching goals, improving, etc. Any advice out there, internet folks?
