I loved that Pink Van. Actually, I love all the pastries too. I could smell the coffee with heavy cream with a dash of butter. Actually, that's what I'm drinking as I type. It's quite ingenious of what they did with a Volkswagen camper. And, the way they advertised along the road. On one of the signs, there was a word I've never heard before. I looked up "Sambos" and I guess it's a derogatory word in English but it refers to what we call, "Hero?" What is Maycullen? Every time I get too technical it just means I'm getting hungry. Again, such an enjoyable classy video.
Sambo is short for a sandwich. Moycullen is an area on the outskirts of galway. They speak irish there. It used to be a little village . It has now expanded considerably so.😉
